When we feel unsettled or upset our experience is both emotional and physical. Our brain chemistry speaks to our emotional feelings and our body’s sensations. This is the language of intuition.
Staying with the body is really important in order for us to hear what’s there and learn, and so allowing the feelings to be while we process is the key. In addition to meditation, journaling, and being in nature you can support your body with love through food and nourishment. Protein, earthy vegetables and protective antioxidants are all supportive for your cells and for you to process and stay connected to your experience. Like giving yourself a hug from the inside.
3 roasted chilled baby beetroot
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
2 tbs chia gel- 2 tbs hemp seeds
2 tbs vanilla protein powder
1 tbs lucuma
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp tahini
250 ml almond milk plus 100 ml water or so to favourite consistency
