Uplifting Peach & Holy Basil Smoothie

Holy basil or tulsi is a wonderful Ayurvedic herb which promotes calm, clarity and uplifts spirits. It also tastes beautiful so adds both a delicious and therapeutic note to this smoothie.

Here’s my recipe:

  • 200 ml cold holy basil tea (I used the 3 Tulsi Pukka Tea)
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 small peach
  • 1/2 kiwi fruit
  • 2 tbs vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbs hemp seeds
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 1tsp macqui powder

Blend and enjoy!
